I'm available on several different sites, some more common than others. I'm mostly available on my personal tumblr, WinttiaGloam.

Terms of Service

I have the right to refuse any commission
I may refuse a commission if I feel it violates my T.O.S., is out of my realm of capability, or any other separate matter where I cannot partake in the order.
Just because you fill out a form or message me does not mean you'll automatically get accepted for a commission!I will not draw heavy gore, NSFW, or any offensive content!
The only form of gore I will accept is blood/candy blood, I will not partake in any form of gore beyond that.
I will not draw porn, sexual, or fetish/kink content. I will do suggestive content though. Depending on how suggestive or comfortable the drawing makes me feel to share, it will be a private commission. In other words, if it is listed as a private commission, I will more than likely not post it anywhere and it's for the commissioner's eyes only.
Requests that involve hateful, racist, offensive or other unethical content will be denied and lock you out of commissioning me ever.Payment must be upfront
I must be paid in full before I begin the commissioned piece, I do not offer partial payments.
Do not send money straight to PayPal or Ko-fi for a commission, I will send you an invoice through PayPal or Stripe to fulfill the payment.
IN VERY RARE INSTANCES I WILL ACCEPT PAYMENTS THROUGH KO-FI! If I take payment through there, please wait for me to inform you of when you can pay.No refunds will be issued upon completion of the product
Request for a refund will only be accepted and processed for the sketch phases of Lined or Stylized drawings, never beyond that point. My energy and time will have already been placed into the commissioned product for you.
If I need to cancel the commission for whatever reason, a full refund will be provided to the commissioner.Please be clear on what you want
I'm not going to lie, I am dense and it can take me forever to understand some things. I formally request that for the piece you want, you're specific as possible on the character and or scene they're a part of and to still expect a few questions on my end.
A full on reference sheet for OC's or Persona's is not needed, but I will need visual reference of some sort as I struggle to work with just text alone.Know that I'm a human, just like you
I cannot dedicate myself to art 24/7; I need breaks, sleep and have other things I must attend to. Artwork doesn't just make itself, it takes time. Know that a commissioned piece won't take one day to finish, it could be anywhere from a few days to a month depending on the complexity of your commission or any miscellaneous thing taking place on my end. Please keep that in mind and don't spam message me over progress over your commission.Progress checks
As stated before, I'd appreciate it if you did not spam me with messages should I be taking a while on your commission. That said, you can request screenshots of the progress done so far on your commission (Note: these will be watermarked). I will also have the stage of your commission posted alongside your username on the W.I.P. tab on this carrd.You may not alter or use the commissioned piece for commercial use
It is considered copyright infringement if the commissioner re-distributes the product and makes a profit off it, alters the piece in any way without the artists consent or takes credit for creating the artwork. Violation of this will deny you any future commissions from me.If you post in other places, please give credit where credit is due!
I will be posting the commissioned product to tumblr, twitter and deviantart. I also retain the right to use the commissioned piece for my own portfolio or general display/examples on any site. If you post your commissioned piece on other webzone's or use it for profile related means, credit is appreciated.

Terms of service are subject to change or be updated by the artist.
